Title: EDI Coordinator
Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ

We are expanding and need to add to our purchasing department. This entry level position is available at our New Jersey Headquarters where the EDI Coordinator will work in a fast paced environment with the purchasing team.

Don't know much about paper? That's fine, we'll train you in all you need to know!

Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to accurately handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Excellent math and proofreading skills are essential; candidates will be tested. Must have good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. It is preferred that the candidates have some experience working in an office setting.

The hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime may sometimes be required. Possible travel overnight may also be required.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy Data Entry:
  • Prepare and process EDI manifests
  • Create mill offerings and purchase orders
• Receives, reviews and proofreads manifests, confirmations and invoices
• Daily email and phone correspondence with all levels of employees and mill contacts
• Assist with credit/debit discrepancy notes
• Assist with daily and monthly reports
• Filing
• Other general office duties as required by supervisor
