Role: Dynamics 365 -CE Developer

Overview:

• Perform CRM/CE configuration, custom development, integration, code and data migration scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, XRM framework and. C#.NET.
• Contribute to the customer's architectural best practices and CRM customization standards to be utilized on Dynamics 365 CE.

Basic Qualifications:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE certification(s)
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, including custom plugin and Custom Action development, as well as advanced configuration, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
• 10 years' experience with .NET Framework and C# development, including experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, workflow assemblies, JavaScript, and HTML
• 3 5 years' experience developing custom integrations using Power Platform and Azure, including Power Automate flows, Logic Apps, Azure APIM and Azure Functions
• 3 5 years' experience on at least 3 projects involving Dynamics data migration, using tools such as Azure Functions, Dataflows, Data Factory, SSIS, and third-party tools including Kingsway Soft and Scribe.
• Must reside in Pacific or Mountain time zones OR be available to work in Pacific time zone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the complex logic in an existing Dynamics application to integrate the functions of another application into it.
• Perform advanced CRM/CE custom development, troubleshooting, configuration, integration, code, and data migration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, Custom Actions, workflow assemblies, and integration solutions
• Participate in full-lifecycle development based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, xRM framework, and C#.NET
• Contribute to the client's architectural best practices and Dynamics customization standards
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality customization code and adherence to design patterns
• Engage with the client to determine requirements and provide technical guidance
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing Dynamics 365 CE customizations and integrations
• Mentor and manage developer team members as required
