Job Description

We are an upscale, long standing busy restaurant and catering venue generating approximately $15 million in annual revenue. We’re seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Director of Operations to lead our team, uphold our company culture, and ensure the smooth execution of all operations. You must have held a similar position in your past. This is not for a GM looking for a promotion but for an experienced Director of Operations that has overseen multiple venues. We are looking for someone that operates with professionalism while still having "fun", has a sense of ownership and is constantly looking to improve upon systems, sales and the guest's experience in both the restaurant as well as the events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly oversee Restaurant Managers, the Director of Events, Bar Manager, Facilities Manager and mentor them on the management of their staff
• Manage teams responsible for hosting and executing large-scale events with up to 2,000 guests
• Oversee talent acquisition efforts — including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new staff
• Mentor and develop staff through coaching and ongoing training initiatives
• Oversee logistics, scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and billing to ensure seamless operations
• Focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression
