Job Description

Description We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction with subscription services, address inquiries, and drive retention efforts. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction with subscription services. - Provide solutions to clients seeking to cancel or modify their services, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills. - Drive subscription retention and upsell opportunities through a consultative approach. - Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets. - Manage client correspondence effectively via email and phone, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. - Utilize multiple browser applications and tools to track customer interactions and manage subscription data. - Troubleshoot connectivity issues and provide technical support related to subscription services. - Develop strong relationships with clients across the U.S., including California and Hawaii, to foster loyalty and trust. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure compliance with company policies. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or subscription-based sales environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently manage challenging conversations. - Familiarity with multi-browser applications and email correspondence tools. - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and performance targets. - Knowledge of subscription services and customer success principles. - Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving connectivity or technical issues. - Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. - Self-motivated and goal-driven with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
