Job Description

Responsibilities include and may be modified from time to time:

  • Maintain project schedule and keep it updated including three weeks look ahead.
  • Manage crews, including project engineers and foreman.
  • Coordinate with project manager on schedule and activities.
  • Schedule, manage, and track subcontractors progress on the project.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to site.
  • Coordinate with proper agencies for compliance with project documents and specifications.
  • Responsible for quality control of entire project including subcontractors.
  • Ensure project safety protocols are being met.


You must possess the following skills to work in this position:

  • 5 years minimum superintendent experience on construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction, means and methods, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Comprehensive knowledge reading and understanding project drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Project.
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with project manager to identify cost savings.
