Job Description
Job Title: Concrete Laborer/Machine Operator
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire/Full-Time
Location: Farmington, MI
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM)
Pay: $22.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Operate mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift heavy materials.
- Comfortable with manual work and repetitive tasks.
- Dependable with a strong attendance record.
- Ability to work safely, following company protocols and using PPE when required.
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified preferred.
- Exposure to construction, manufacturing, and/or warehouse environments preferred.
