Role Description

This is a contract positions as a Computer Technician located across the US. The Computer Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, performing computer maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and carrying out computer repairs. The role involves ensuring all operating systems are running efficiently and are up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair skills
• Knowledge of various Operating Systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in an IT environment is a plus
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are beneficial
