About the Role -Cleaning Professional - Weekends + Company Car + Bonus Pay!

As a Cleaning Professional, you’ll work with a partner or small team to clean customers’ homes using our proven system. We provide paid training, a company vehicle during work hours, uniforms, and all supplies — just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Pay & Schedule:

• Earn 18% to 23% of each job ticket (based on experience & reliability)
• PLUS: tips and performance bonuses
• Weekend availability is required (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Flexible weekday shifts also available
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Pay Range $20.00-$40.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to homes using a company-provided vehicle
• Clean residential areas: bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, etc.
• Follow our cleaning checklists and safety standards
• Represent our brand with professionalism and respect

We Provide:

• Paid training (no experience required!)
• Company car during work hours
• Uniforms and all supplies provided
• Friendly, team-oriented work culture
• No nights or major holidays

Requirements:

• Reliable, positive, and punctual
• Physically able to bend, lift, and be active throughout the day
• Driver’s license preferred (not required for all roles)
• Must be available weekends
