Join Joe Warren & Sons Co. (JWS) , a family-led company with over 30 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and food equipment services across New England. As part of our growth, we are building our own custom ERP system to streamline operations and better serve our customers.
We are seeking a Blazor / C# Full Stack Developer to support ERP and business application development. This is a part-time contract role (10–20 hours/week, ~40 hours/month) with the potential to grow into full-time.
Hybrid work is required during the first few months at our Norwood, MA headquarters while learning our systems and coding standards. Remote flexibility may follow based on performance.
Develop and maintain Blazor (WebAssembly and Server) applications.
Build forms, dropdowns, dialog popups, and process buttons using Razor pages and Radzen components.
Re-engineer an existing Microsoft Access project into Blazor.
Work with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, database design).
Create APIs that interact with stored procedures and web forms.
Support legacy Access database projects as needed.
Collaborate with the team and interface with stakeholders.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 Pro

C#, Entity Framework Core, Dapper
Radzen rapid development tools
SQL Server backend (stored procedures, modeling, data queries)
Microsoft Access for legacy systems
GitHub for version control
Azure hosting (experience helpful but not required)
Proven Blazor/C# project experience (must provide code samples).
Solid SQL Server skills — queries, stored procedures, data modeling.
Experience with Razor and Radzen.
Familiarity with Microsoft Access.
3+ years working in Visual Studio (2022 preferred).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must live within commuting distance to Norwood, MA (no remote-only applicants).
Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience. Must be local and accept 1099.
