Full Job Description
This is a great position for someone who is passionate about working with adults who need extra help at home, as well as children who are developmentally challenged. The individuals we serve are in need of compassionate care for a wide variety of conditions, such as Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and physical and mental limitations, such as Fibromyalgia, Alzheimer's, and general muscle weakness.
We support our clients where they call home, providing non-medical needs such as respite, supportive home care, mentorship, daily living skills training, general companionship, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, medication reminders, and more.
We currently have shifts for In-Home Caregivers to work with a variety of these special needs individuals throughout Dodge County, including Beaver Dam, Watertown, Waupun, Hartford, and Mayville. Schedules are chosen by you. This is based on the caregiver's availibilities and restrictions. Schedules can be put together to include nearly any days and hours you can do.
We pay our Caregivers ABOVE MARKET WAGES.

Requirements
* Caregiving experience: 1+ Years
* A valid driver’s license
* A reliable vehicle with insurance
* A reliable phone with access to the internet
* Consistently reliable and punctual
* Reliable communication
Preferred Qualifications
* Caregiving experience: 2+ years
* Experience working with special needs children: 2 years
* CPR/First Aid Certification
Pay: $15-20 per hour
